WASHBURN (WATE) – Several law enforcement agencies are asking for help in finding a missing Grainger County man who was last seen in Union County.
Matthew Munsey, 35, of Washburn, was actually reported missing in Knox County because it was believed he had been treated at a hospital there. The investigation revealed he had not been to any hospital but was instead last seen at a location on Tazewell Pike in Union County.
Munsey was last seen on July 22.
